About the role
You may come from an Ag dealership or from within the Truck, Earthmoving, Automotive dealership or aftermarket service industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Workshop Management experience.
The ideal candidate will be a people person who is excited by the challenge of leading an established team within the service department. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.
This role is juicy and has plenty to sink your teeth into. You will be managing a team of 10 and helping them to grow the department.
- Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
- Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills
On offer is a salary package above the industry average with a base around $140,000 plus incentives, vehicle and subsidised housing. Relocation assistance may be provided.
