AddressWe are seeking reliable, mature, trustworthy and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic growing team. Previous experience in a similar role will be an added bonus, however, training will be provided.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- lodge court documents i.e. statement of claims, judgments etc. via online registry
- Maintenance of files
- Telephone collections of overdue unsecured loan accounts
- Negotiating payment arrangements for customers
- Resolving any customer queries
- Meeting team monthly targets
The ideal candidate required will need:
- Target driven
- Previous collections experience is essential – experience on unsecured debt highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, organisational & time management skills and a professional manner
- The ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Must be available to work
Monday to Friday
8.45am - 5pm
