- Work on the core delivery platform for customer engagement.
- You will develop, document, and implement decision frameworks to deliver customer moments that drive lasting relationships.
- Mentor team members in order to enable best-practice use of the NBA platform and fast-track our ability to grow revenue, increase scale and automation, reduce costs and improve customer experience.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent and relevant conversations to customers across inbound and outbound channels.
- Pega Certified and hands-on experience with Pega Marketing.
- Experience in a same/similar Campaign Management role and within an Operations, Marketing or Commercial environment.
- Strong leadership and ability to plan, present and influence across all levels.
- Capable in making tough decisions, to quickly analyse a problem and implement a solution.
- Reporting and analytical experience.
