You will be required to provide high level of technical support to our customers. This is a full - time permanent role based in Frenches Forest. Travel is required.DescriptionThe key responsibilities and duties of the role:
- Perform installations, maintenance, repairs and user training as assigned by the Service Manager
- Provide technical support to customers either by phone, email or on-site.
- Provide training to customers on the use of instruments.
- Maintain service-related files (i.e., Service Reports, Test results, packing slips)
- Update information in the database as required.
- Report service issues encountered in the field.
- Provide a report when service is completed.
- Assist in the promotion of their products.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
- Similar experience will be highly regarded.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering/Physics or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Interest in Japanese culture or business will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail.
- An exceptional organisational and planning skills
- To be self-motivated and can work well within a fast-paced environment.
- Travel interstate and overseas is required for customer visits.
- Must have a driver's license.
