The Role:
Join this wonderful service in Caringbah.Our client is currently seeking a passionate Diploma/ECT to join their team. Be part of their wonderful centre, who value their staff and assist with career progression, training, and development.
Responsibilities: As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
- Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
- Collaborating with a team of educators to design engaging activities, ensuring children's individual needs and interests are met.
- Promoting health and safety practices within the preschool environment.
- Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor degree in Childcare
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
