We're on the lookout for a driven and committed individual to become an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing a varied commercial portfolio in the CBD. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating enduring relationships with tenants and property owners
- Managing leases including negotiations and renewals
- Conducting rent reviews
- Financial oversight and reporting
- Addressing maintenance concerns and coordinating with tenants and landlords, working closely with the property management team
- Conducting routine inspections as per inspection cycle reports
- Monitoring rental arrears and adhering to arrears KPIs
- Reviewing income/expenses and capital enhancement projects
- Ensuring compliance and monitoring schedules
- Overseeing insurance coverage for tenants and landlords
- Delivering monthly written reports to clients
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management within the Commercial sector
- Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
- A positive, adaptable, and driven demeanor
- Proficiency in providing high-level administrative support
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in client, tenant, and contractor interactions
