About the Role
We are seeking candidates experienced in fast-paced retail outlets to fulfil the position of a Deli Managerfor an immediate start. As a Manager in this business you will be responsible for the successful operation of your department within this busy Supermarket. You will be responsible for team management, development, P&L reporting and operations whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Supermarket Management experience desired
- Proven retail Management experience
- The ability to train and develop staff
- Full P&L and KPI accountability
- Control department costs such as wastage, wages, and other operational costs
- Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
- Food safety standards
