The successful candidates will have a passion for the delivery of excellent customer service, great communication, a ‘hands on’ style and the ability to handle the daily operations of a busy grocery store. We are seeking candidates who will take ownership and be dedicated to the ongoing growth and culture of the store.
Job Description:
The Delicatessen Manager will be responsible for the following, Management of the Delicatessen Department and associated sub-departments:
-Staff management and rostering
-Providing exemplary customer service, including responding to enquiries and
requests
-Ordering stock and liaising with supplier representatives
-Presentation, merchandising and stock management
-Compliance with all Food Safety, Trade Measurement and Occupational Health & Safety requirements
-Any other tasks as required by the Store Manager.
