We are looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled experienced Speech Pathologist for an immediate start
Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in diagnostic assessments, creating and implementing effective therapy plans, and are proficient in documentation and compliance.
You thrive in collaborative environments but are also capable of independent problem-solving and client management. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature make you a favourite among clients and colleagues alike.
You are eager to engage in ongoing professional development and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to innovative treatments and community care. If you are someone who is passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children and their families with communication and expertise, we would love to meet you.
We highly value candidates with experience in clinical supervision, as mentoring and guiding less experienced therapists is a crucial aspect of our practice. While not essential, such experience is strongly preferred and seen as a significant asset.
Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures is essential. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and professional ethics means that we expect every member of our team to uphold these consistently in their daily practice.
