The Role
An exciting opportunity is now available for a driven and energetic individual to join our office in Wetherill Park. Restorx Services is searching for an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for our onsite team for our customers and clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings for onsite events, ensuring accurate scheduling and allocation of resources.
- Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, gather necessary information, and address any questions or concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all resources are available and prepared for each booking.
- Serve as the main point of contact for onsite clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and improve our services.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
- Entering of stock used onsite by site staff
- Manage project milestones across the project lifecycle to client KPI’s
- Compiling and submitting reports, including but not limited to creating invoicing tools, submitting/cancelling purchase orders, co-ordinating trades and internal scheduling
- Building and upholding relationships to internal and external stakeholders
- Previous Administration experience desirable however not essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously & manage conflicting priorities
