Intermediate level Contracts Administrator /Quantity Surveyor wanted by Tier 2 Commercial / Industrial / Remedial Builder. Exp in Procure a big plus

 Our Client are a seasoned construction management company who design, build and deliver projects such as Schools, Hotels, Fast Food Chains, Shopping Centres, Retail refurbishments, Office Fit Outs, Petrol Station Upgrades etc. in the value range of $0.50m to $20m.

They work across a range of projects such as refurbishments / remedial / new build etc. and are well known in the industry for being “Gentlemen Builders” due to their collaborative approach to all parties involved in the project. (IE they are Non – Aggressive and do not compete on price)

Due to increase workload from repeat clients a newly created position has become available for an Intermediate level Contracts Administrator who can assist a team of Project Managers with project delivery.

Located in modern offices in Sydney Olympic Park area and reporting directly to the NSW Commercial manager the person we are looking will have:

1. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
2. Ability to work across multiple project types and values.
3. At least three years’ experience in Australia with a Commercial /Industrial / Remedial Builder in a similar capacity.
4. Up to date knowledge of cost control systems such as Procure /Cheops /Jobpac /Timberline etc.
5. Ability to provide alternative solutions to complex building issues.
6. Own Transport preferred –lots of free on site car parking available.
7. Outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external people.
8. Checkable references

This is a great opportunity for an upcoming Contracts Manager / Project Manager who is looking for exposure to Commercial /Industrial Projects with a reputable builder.

Final salary Package / Contracting rates etc. will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
