YOUR ROLE
The purpose of this exciting new role is to ccontinually transform our technologyproductsandservicesdivision,thatcreatesmarket differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.
In this pivotal position you will increasethecompetenceandconfidenceinnewwaysof working, oftheIteration Manager, Product Owner and all team members, through modelling, teaching and coaching across our Technology Digital Workplace teams.
You will achieve this by applying measurablebestpracticedeliverypatternsatateamlevel,utilisingAgile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, DevOps etc. and ultimately designanddeliverright-fitdevelopmentopportunities,includingworkshops, training and webinars.
We are flexible and support a hybrid model of working from home and the office and would welcome applications from candidates near any of our centres across New Zealand or Australia (preferred).
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -
- Deepknowledgeofthesoftwaredeliveryprocess, withlivedexperiencein oneof ScrumMaster, ProductOwner, AgileDeveloper,AgileQAorAgile Business Analyst.
- BreadthofexperienceworkingAgileandembeddingAgilewaysofworkingat a team level.
- Coachingskills,includingsettingafoundation,co-creatingtherelationship, communicating effectively and facilitating learning and results.
- ExperiencedscalingAgilebeyondtheteam, tocreateaneffectivesystemof work.
- Excellentcurriculumdevelopment,learningdesignandteachingskills
- Skilledinfacilitationandworkshopdesign.
- Highlyadeptatdevisingvaluedeliveryandeffectivenessmetricsand applying these appropriately at a team level.
- Scrum.org,ScrumAllianceorAgileAlliancetrainingorcertification
- SAFe4.6or5.0
- Coaching(IECLorICF)trainingorcertification(notmandatory,buthighly valued)
