YOUR BIG OPPORTUNITY
In this role you'll work hand in hand with your team to play a crucial role in ensuring that products are delivered and installed safely and on time to our client’s customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Day delivery trips around Brisbane and nearby regions (Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast) delivering medical equipment to hospitals, aged care facilities, and private homes.
- Occasional longer trips every couple of months to far north destinations such as Cairns, Rocky, Townsville, Hervey Bay (lasting 3 to 5 days each trip).
To be successful, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience of 5 + years in a similar delivery role and delivering high value loads.
- You're a real professional, from the way you present yourself to how you communicate and provide top-notch customer service with that extra special touch.
- Strong and physically fit to safely lift and perform demanding manual handling tasks (able to stand on your feet all day).
- Excellent understanding of safety – prioritising safety, adhering to protocols, possess knowledge of WHS guidelines related to manual handling and vehicle operation.
- Hold a valid driver’s License (HR), Forklift License (LF) and with a ‘clean’ driving record.
- Excellent IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite – proficiency with NetSuite Oracle will be highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and reliable, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Possess a positive and 'can-do' attitude, with a strong sense of pride in your work and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work extended hours and overnight stays as required out of Brisbane every couple of months.
- Possess (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card, COVID Vaccine with Booster, Influenza Vaccination (required to enter Aged Care facilities).
Desirable:
- Technical ability to understand, assemble and troubleshoot medical equipment.
