The Delivery & Installation team in Perth look after our growing customer base Perth-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm
- Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods
- Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers
- From time to time you may also be in the warehouse team helping with stock picking and loading, basic computer work and operation of a fork lift
Experience Required:
- Similar experience in a driver delivery role
- A clean driver license, a valid MR License would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Perth.
- Fork Lift license would also be an advantage, but not a necessity.
- Provide premium customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
