The role:
- Assist in preparing worksites for Lift Installations, including clearing debris and ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Build electric drive and hydraulic residential lifts.
- Participate in post-installation cleanup activities to maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
- Provide hands-on support to lift mechanics during the installation and maintenance of residential lifts.
- Warehouse inventory management.
- Oversee the receiving of goods, as well as the timely and accurate unloading of containers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Desired/essential experience:
- Forklift License
- Medium Rigid License is preferable but not essential
- Scaffold License is preferable but not essential
- Proven warehouse management experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
