Role:
- Delivery of the Essential Eight program of work to ensure SOCI compliance by August 2024. The role is essential in ensuring the inter-dependencies between the proposed ICT initiatives, Projects, Service Delivery, Cyber Security and Operational Technology teams are considered holistically to assist with minimising ICT change related impacts to the business within the required timeframe (constraint), and reporting status, risk and issues to the Program Board (CDIO Chair).
- Offer strategic project management guidance and specialised expertise to the Program Board. This involves generating and presenting weekly, fortnightly and monthly summaries of project / program team activities and reporting on crucial milestones to stakeholders to ensure timeframes are met. Escalate risks/issues as they arise for resolution by the Program Board.
- Manage and oversee multiple individuals and project aspects running concurrently whilst organising project and initiative schedules within the program to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
- Knowledge in Essential 8 maturity requirement and ability to serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical employees and stakeholders
- Program planning through collaboration with the Senior Manager/Director and governance committees.
- Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to best practice project / program methodologies and frameworks.
- Define and communicate project tolerances, success criteria, priorities dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
