We are looking for applications from candidates with very strong project management fundamentals that have delivery highly complex, internal facing software projects (ideally within the financial services industry).Brisbane is the key location with FNZ establishing their Centre of Excellence in the heart of the City.

In the role at FNZ, you will be
- Reporting to the Head of Delivery
- Leading the delivery of projects and actively driving projects to delivery meeting or exceeding the agreed time and quality commitments
- Committing an uncompromising focus on delivering to project milestones
- Motivate teams to achieve milestones
- Holding responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities of FNZ’s engineering squads (combining Analyst Testers, Analyst Developers and other assigned team members for the project)\
- Liaise on a regular basis with Project Managers and Delivery teams (local and international)
You will have the following experience:
- Project Management
- Software Development Delivery (preferably with the financial services industry)
- Strong background in software development, ideally with dealing with complex, high performance software
- An independent, self-directed and delivery-focused working style
- An uncompromising attitude towards delivering to project milestones and not missing dates
- Project management professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management)
- Familiarity with the Agile project methodology desirable
- Familiarity with financial products and markets desirable
