About the General Manager Engineering and Project Delivery
Reporting to the EGM of Yurika, as the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Engineering and Project Delivery group. You will foster a customer and commercial-focused culture, with an emphasis on safety and operational delivery excellence. You will lead by example, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet and exceed the expectations of their clients while driving key commercial targets forward.
Your responsibilities will extend to the overall delivery and management of Yurika's energy and infrastructure program of projects. This includes overseeing contract, commercial, and strategic risks, and ensuring that effective mitigation strategies are in place. Additionally, you will serve as the senior customer interface for major projects, managing stakeholder relationships and resolving escalated issues to safeguard Yurika's commercial interests.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is not only a strategic thinker but also someone who is deeply knowledgeable about the renewable energy and infrastructure industry. Your ability to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies will be essential in ensuring that Yurika remains competitive and adaptable in the market. By cultivating and maintaining key industry relationships, you will contribute to ongoing viability and growth, positioning Yurika as a leader in the sectors in which they operate.
You will have strong commercial project acumen including a proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a complex environment, achieving strong levels of performance regarding profitability, customer satisfaction and safety. Extensive experience in a senior leadership role demonstrating behaviours in building high performing multidisciplinary teams during times of transformation, change management and continuous improvement will also be expected.
