Delivery Release Enablement

Compas is seeking a SAP Delivery Release Enablement Specialist to join a Federal Government Department for a long-term engagement. The successful candidate must have significant experience in program solution delivery management within a ERP SAP complex ICT transformational program to drive delivery consistency, efficiency and effectiveness.

• Initial contract till June 2027 + extensions
• Baseline Clearance or the ability to obtain one quickly
• Canberra – Brisbane – Melbourne – Adelaide - Sydney

The Delivery Release Enablement resource will utilise SAP project experience and knowledge to support the Delivery team optimisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the identification, prioritisation, and completion of Delivery Optimisation initiatives
• Supporting ERP Delivery Leadership to evolve Delivery Frameworks and Operating models across ERP Program
• Fostering an environment and working with Delivery Management Team members to support drive delivery consistency, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing SAP project management including people management

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in complex ICT ERP Program ERP SAP transformation and proven team leadership experience
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP Best Practice implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills, including engagement and conflict management
