Intellectual Property team is highly rated in Australia and they have expertise in
Intellectual Property litigation, trade marks, copyright, patents, design, domain names, anti-counterfeiting, advertising and labelling.On a day to day basis you will be involved in breach of copyright claims, trade mark infringements, patent litigation, trade mark enforcement, breach of confidentiality, misleading & deceptive conduct claims, media & IT disputes as well as general commercial litigation claims.
Skills- Well respected commercial law firm or leading boutique IP team experience
- At least 2 years pae
- IP litigation or mixed general litigation with IP experience, drafting and advising skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian qualified and experience is preferable but our client will consider overseas experience
- Advantageous would be a science degree
- Ability to work in a committed team
- Ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm, drive and a commitment to client service
