Demand and Supply Planner
Our client is a vendor of a large range of products that are manufactured in various regions around the world. The business is growing steadily and is focussed on efficiencies to facilitate that growth. Their products are sold across Australia and NZ as well as in the US and Europe. With this growth the need has arisen for a strong, commerically minded Demand and Supply planner to join the business and continue to build on already established and adequate processes
Tasks and opportunities of this role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the business to understand the requirements and forecasts of different divisions on product needs. You will be provided with the tools to be successful as you manage relationships and hold overseas suppliers accountable for meeting set deliverables.
The business is looking for a Demand planner who is not afradi to communicate issues and is confident in assessing situations regarding late deliveries, Out of Stock alerts and has the accumen and broader thinking to make decisions that minimise risk and impact to the business of those situations.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in your application and move your career forward with a great business you must possess:
- 5 - 10 years experience as a Demand and Supply Planner
- Strong S&OP knowledge and experience
- Experience managing overseas suppliers
- Excellent IT and ERP experience
- Excellent commnuication skills and ability to work across divisions in the business
- Stong commercial insight - Comparing last years sales against this year and analysing trends
- Ability to think broadly in a business context
- Desire to continue growth and development
- You are degree qualified
