Social: Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievements About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Demand Planning Supervisor to lead a team of experienced demand planners who will work collaboratively to build a fit for purpose demand plan supporting stakeholders for the Milwaukee business across ANZ . Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager you will be based at our brand new offices at Notting Hill and your responsibilities will include: Provide mentoring and leadership to direct reports, ensuring all employees are adequately trained and supported in their roleDrive a focus of continuous improvement and efficiencies within the teamDrive collaboration with Sales and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy resultsTake ownership of the ANZ System health for statistical forecast generationOversee accuracy of the product lifecycle input including new products, transitions and deletions across ANZManage the risks and opportunities to the Demand plan and provide recommendations to mitigate impactsFacilitate the Handover process between S&OP and S&OEFacilitate the portfolio management process, providing key insights for decision making.Own the purchasing forecast output working in collaboration with the Supply team.Generate KPI reports as requested in regard to purchasing and inventory, feeding into the S&OP processAbout You Ideally you will have a proven track record managing a small team within the Demand Planning space and are passionate about leading and motivating a team to achieve business excellence.
