Working with a Demand Planner in Australia and New Zealand, you will hold a lead role which includes oversight for the Demand Planning process across both countries. You'll report into the Head of Supply Chain ANZ and work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance and the Supply Chain team. An essential part of your role will be to take ownership of Bridgestone's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, delivering one source of truth for the Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand sales forecast. This is a 12-month fixed term contract where you will establish the IBP process and provide proactive insights for improvement, so that it is set up for future success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to roll out the Bridgestone IBP process across Australia and New Zealand
- Establish best use data for forecast generation across the business
- Work with the various stakeholders to ensure the forecast is aligned with proposed inputs
- Identify and develop (together with owners/stakeholders) the right systems to support our OMP forecast management tool
- Prepare, review and manage the 36-month SKU level rolling sales forecast
- Establish templates to be used for reporting requirements for the IBP stakeholders
- Proven experience in Demand Planning/management or financial planning
- Experience with Advance Planning Solution tools such as JDA, OMP, SAP IBP
- Sound planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
- A demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and adhere to deadlines
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels along with a genuine ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
