Agile Project Manager - Two Year Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our central program office ‘The RBA Future Hub’, focusing on the Culture & Leadership (HR) Stream in response to an external review. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in establishing project management disciplines and routines from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation and Planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables within the Culture & Leadership Stream.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating Agile methodologies to ensure adaptability to changing requirements.
2. Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
3. Agile Methodologies Implementation
- Apply Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to enhance project management practices within the Culture & Leadership Stream.
- Implement Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimise team performance.
4. Risk Management and Issue Resolution
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges and resolve issues to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee high-quality Culture & Leadership Stream deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress and adherence to established standards.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring that all relevant information is appropriately recorded.
- Generate regular status reports for project stakeholders and contribute to overall program reporting.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Culture & Leadership Stream, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned to enhance future projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, ideally with experience with implementing HR initiatives.
Track record of successfully setting up project management disciplines and routines from inception.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to change and drive positive change within the project team.
