We are looking for a Demi chef to join our enthusiastic team at the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.

Ideally you will have:

• A can do attitude
• Previous experience in a hotel kitchen
• A passion for the industry and producing high quality food
• Ability to multi-task well
• Strong people and team working skills
• A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification
• A creative approach to the production of food

The Role:

• Ensuring you deliver the required quality and quantity of product within your section
• Ensuring HACCP requirements are followed and maintained at a high level
• Reducing wastage, ordering effectively and completing your sections tasks within the time allocated.
