This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef to join the renowned Gold Coast restaurant, Ioesco Restaurant.
For over a decade, Ioesco has been bringing an authentic Italian dining experience to Sanctuary Cove locals and the greater Gold Coast community. Ioesco is a premium, traditional Italian family restaurant with emphasis on technique and produce.
The role you will work closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef and is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills in your hospitality career.

Working closely with the senior Kitchen team, the Demi Chef will:
- Assist the Head Chef with the daily management of the venue
- Ensure food and menu quality is at its highest and meets set standards
- Assist in the reduction of food waste by following portion control standards
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen at all times
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A passion for food & ability to work independently
- A team player attitude, displayed in both internal kitchen teams and the greater business
- A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- Own transport
