Form of workRosenlund is a full-service demolition and earthworks contractor based in Brisbane and is seeking a Project Manager for demolition, civil, remediation, and ground retention projects in QLD and NSW.
The successful applicant would be expected to:
- Undertake project management, contract administration, and estimating for projects
- Have proven experience in the demolition and earthworks industry
- Lead close-knit teams of supervisors, workers and subcontractors in diverse range of projects
- Have an excellent understanding of building and construction work practices in relation to earthworks and demolition
- Proven demonstrable experience in the construction or related sector
- Hold excellent references
- Demolition License or Competency would be highly regarded
- Qualification in a relevant field of construction or engineering would be highly regarded
