We are looking for a Den Leader with a surplus of emotional energy, great organizational skills, basic bookkeeping skills (Xero) and the ability to recognize (and ideally generate) great writing?

What is a Den Leader?
A Den Leader is a dynamic blend of an office culture champion, an organizational wizard, and the right hand to our CEO for not just one, but four vibrant startups. They enjoy nurturing a growing team and making things happen for them. In addition to having excellent organizational skills and life skills, this specific role requires a Den Leader whose bookkeeping skills are as good as their comfort with Excel and ChatGPT.

As a Den Leader for UX1, what will you do?
- Cultivating an office culture that buzzes with creativity, collaboration, and a touch of quirkiness.
- Being proactive with administrative support - Can I send an email? Can I lookup something? Can I get ChatGPT to draft something? Can I book a flight or review options? Can I review/edit something? Can I source a freelancer / handle the completion of a specific task?
- Providing basic bookkeeping support, so that company accountants can process
- Being a presence in the office (flexible hours) even when everyone might feel tempted to work from home.
