The position is a 5 day week including Saturdays. Hours are 8am – 6pm during the week and 7:30am - 3pm on Saturdays. We have onsite parking and are close to public transport; we are also close to shops and cafes!

The Heart of the Role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Reception work when and if required
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
