Experienced Dental Assistant or Training Dental Assistant.
Worked in Allied health desired but not essential.

The role
- Chair-side assisting/ support
- Sterilisation
- Welcome patients and answer calls
- Book appointments and ensure the schedule is optimised
- Process payments (including HICAPS)
- Email communication
- Ensure effective communication between the reception and surgical teams.
We are looking for
- Good computer skills e.g. typing accuracy.
- Ability to learn on the job and retain information.
- Follow instructions precisely.
- Abide by practice protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Quick thinker, able to apply yourself to the task required.
- A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
- Previous experience in dental assisting is beneficial but not essential - we're more than happy to train the right person.
