Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
This position will assist clinicians, including student clinicians, to deliver a high standard of general oral healthcare to eligible patients at all facilities across Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD). This position ensures optimal service delivery is achieved by providing effective clinical support and patient care.

Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: Certificate III in Dental Assisting or recognised equivalent/current enrolment in the course
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or recognised equivalent or experience and willingness to undertake and successfully
- Recent experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effective infection control procedures in all aspects of Dental Assisting.
- Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in dental charting with good computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to liaise with a wide range of individuals.
- Demonstrated understanding of work health safety requirements
- Excellent organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
