We are looking for a Dental Assistant who can help deliver our exceptional patient experience. You will need a friendly and approachable manner with a ‘can do attitude’ for each task and a unified approach to teamwork.

How you will make us smile:
- Previous dental experience will be highly regarded but not essential
- You have experience looking after customers on the phone and in person
- You’re great at building rapport with both children and adults
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You’ll have demonstrated experience with empathy and fairness
- Be able to work autonomously
- You understand that first impressions count, so you have impeccable personal hygiene, appearance and are well groomed
Key Dental Assistant Responsibilities
- Educating patients on orthodontic treatments, procedures, and aftercare instructions
- Provide chairside assistance
- Coordinating with orthodontic assistants and other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain established infection control standards in the clinic setting and throughout the entire dental clinic
- Undertake equipment decontamination and sterilisation in the sterilisation facility.
- Update treatment card notes
The Finer Details
- The role is a 4 day week
- 8.15am until 5.30pm with a 10 minute morning tea break and a 1 hour lunch break
- Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience
- Immediate start available
- Occasional travel to our hawthorn and South Yarra Clinics
