About us
We are a 3-chair private practice located in Kingston very close to the foreshore.
Our business is growing, and we are looking for new members to join our team. We are looking for a receptionist who is welcoming and able to build rapport with our patients and a Dental assistant to help our clinicians with chair-side procedures.
Tasks & responsibilities
Receptionist:
- Answer phones and make appointments
- Meet and greet patients as they arrive
- Process health fund and EFTPOS payments
- Organize appointment books for multiple dentists
Assistant:
- Chair side assisting in general procedures: cleans, RCT, Restoration, Crowns etc.
- Knowledge of infection control, Hand Hygiene and Dental terminologies.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 1 year experience as a medical or Dental Receptionist
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with D4W software is preferred
