Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Dental Assistantsand Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. These roles involve both clinical and administrative responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dental Assistant
- Assist dentists during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment, with an emphasis on adhering with optimal infection control protocols
- Be a key part of the patient interface alongside our principal dentist
- Open for dual responsibilities and training as a receptionist
Receptionist
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling
- Greet patients and handle check-ins/check-outs
- Process insurance claims and manage billing
- Ensure a clean and organised clinic environment
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental practice will be highly regarded, but not necessary
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Arabic will be highly regarded
