To be a successful applicant:

• Must have administrative and assisting experience in Dental industry for at-least a year 
• Experience using the EXACT software
• Be friendly and have great communication skills
• Be motivated and a team player
• Be willing to take initiative and be dependable
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Treatment plan management
• Coordination with other specialists
• Responding to phone calls and enquiries
