It is a 4/5 days Front Office Coordinator/Dental Assistant position with a minimum of 1-2 years experience
Our Front office coordinator will
- Attend to the Voicemail box messages first thing in the morning
- Go through the team huddle with the rest of the staff
- Receive phone calls and make calls if necessary
- Greet the patients
- Make the patients comfortable
- Help out the Dental Nurse, if necessary
- Actively communicate with the rest of the team
- Process the Billing
- Reconcile the accounts at the close of the day
- Process the instruments, if necessary
- Actively manage the books, by booking the appointments for the patients, re arranging the appointments as and when required.
- Confirming the appointments
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly person with a positive attitude.
Experience in D4W is an advantage. However, knowledge of other dental software will make the transition into D4W possible.
Previous Dental experience is essential and remuneration depends on the experience and expertise.
Willingness to learn and progress in the team environment is much appreciated.
Aspiring to grow into a PM role is actively encouraged in this environment.
