About the opportunity:

Here at Brisbane Dental Studio, you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the full-time permanent opportunity for you. Seeking 2 x Full Time Dental Assistants, rosters below for your viewing.

Dental Assistant 1: 38 hours per week 

Monday 7:45am-5pm

Tuesday 7:45am-5pm

Wednesday 7:45am-5pm

Friday 8:15am-5pm

Saturday 8:45am-2:15pm

Dental Assistant 2: 38 hours per week

Tuesday 7:30am-6:15pm

Wednesday 7:30am-6:15pm

Thursday 7:30am-5:15pm

Friday 7:30am-5:15pm

The heart of the role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• 6 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia
• Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service/patient care
• Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
