About the opportunity:
- 1 x Experienced Part Time Dental Assistant to work 35 hours per week! Rostered hours will be as below:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
The heart of the role:
- Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation
- Maintain infection control standards and procedures
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
What you'll bring:
- Ideally have 6 months+ experience in Australia as a Dental Assistant. Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded, although not essential - and you'll be compensated with the pay to match your experience level!
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Willing to learn reception - on the job training provided!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
