We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Dual Role of Dental Assistant and Receptionist.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. From assisting the dentist chairside during procedures to managing front desk responsibilities, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team.
Fundamental responsibilities:
Assisting Dentists:
- Infection Control & Environmental cleaning
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments & equipment
- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and appointment book management
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries within your scope of practice
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs proficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and files
- Maintain patient privacy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental assistant certification preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
