Form of workWe are looking for a Dental Assistant for our Medical and Dental Centre to provide excellent customer service and patient care. Ability to multi-task and present well with excellent phone manner is a must. The right candidate will have opportunity to learn Dental Assistant skills and help to assist our dentist. This is a multi tasks role and require you to have good organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with building patient relations
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Chair-side assisting
- Instrument Sterilising
Qualifications and Skills
- Dental Assistant/ Reception experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A caring and friendly personality that will motivate those around you
- Training will be provided for self starter if you don't have experiences
- Must have an attitude and willing to learn
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
