About the Practice:Our Clearly Dental Riverwood practice is a part of our ever-growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores!

Clearly Dental Riverwood is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dental assistant as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. 

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant that can also help our Reception desk on a full time basis!
As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our practice you will:

• Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation
• Maintain infection control standards and procedures
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers

  You'll be:

• Available to work Monday to Friday with no late nights!
• Ideally 1+ year/s experience as a dental assistant 
• Dental Reception experience using Dentally is advantageous however comprehensive training will be provided
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded - and you'll be compensated with the pay to match your experience level!
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
