The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous dental assistant or receptionist experience preferred but not required
- Ability to assist in sterilization, reception tasks, and providing chair-side assistance as needed
- An energetic approach to keep pace with our passionate team
- A passion for the dental industry and patient care
- Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
- Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
- A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily
- Open to coaching and adaptable to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
