Dental Practice Manager / 2IC / Team Leader
The Role
- Manage, lead and inspire a team
- Direct support from Area Manager.
- Front-office / customer service duties
- Ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the practice
- Staff management and training
- Reporting of team success on weekly basis
About You
- Ideally experience as a Dental Practice Manager or treatment coordinator
- Proven Team Leadership experience
- Efficient and high attention to detail
- Organised and one step ahead of the game, because you know how to prioritise and stick to the plan
- Computer competent
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate a willingness to further develop and learn, both for you and your team.
- Enthusiastic, bubbly, outgoing personality
- Well presented
