An amazing opportunity exists for a PRACTICE MANAGER role in a fast-growing dental clinic in the heart of the lively St Kilda neighborhood.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (should you accept this mission)

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the practice
• HR including recruitment, staff management and training
• Manage stocks and procurement
• Reporting of selected metrics to clinic owner
• Ideally experience as a Dental Practice Manager/front office or treatment coordinator
• Proven knowledge in dentistry
• Proven team leadership experience
• Financial management which includes budgeting, billing and insurance claims
• Efficient and high attention to detail
• Being able to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients
• Organized and be one step ahead of the game, because you know how to prioritize and stick to the plan
• Computer competent, business management experience highly regarded
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to demonstrate a willingness to further develop and learn, both for you and your team.
• Enthusiastic, bubbly, outgoing personality and well presented
