Role Description
Ready to make our reception area shine? Esteem Dental Care is on the hunt for a receptionist with the confidence to match our smiles!
As a Receptionist/Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, assisting with sterilising & dental assisting duties and ensuring admin and the patient journey are seamless. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patients. You will work closely with our dental team to support our patients' needs and team’s vision.
Skills We’re Seeking:
✔️Willingness to provide the 'wow factor' to patients
✔️ Present a good phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
✔️Dental background with good knowledge of equipment, protocols and procedures is a plus
✔️A Superstar on the phone with excellent communication skills
✔️A people person with the "gift of the grab"
✔️Customer service experience
✔️Reliable and punctual
