Dental Receptionist

Newtown Dentists, a leading dental clinic in Newtown, NSW, is currently seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date
• Handling patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient treatment coordination
• Performing administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• No experience needed, we will provide training
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software (preferred but not essential)
