Spa Dental Sydney has locations in Sydney CBD, Ryde, Kellyville, Parramatta and is a destination dental practice where patients travel from all over Australia and overseas to have their cosmetic treatment completed with us.
The position:
- Immediate flexible fulltime start
- Full training and support will be provided.
- Remuneration depending on skill level and experience

The role includes:
- Welcoming our patients and visitors and providing excellent customer care
- Invoice and processing payments
- Answering phone and online enquiries
- Appointment book management
- All reception duties and other administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- Previous experience preferred but not essential as receptionist/ customer service.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional manner at all times
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Confident and friendly towards all patients
- Thrives in working in a busy team environment
- Display initiative and an autonomous work style
- Must have excellent multitasking and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
