Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Casual Dental Receptionist. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception environment. Additionally, this role requires marketing experience to help promote our services and engage with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Process patient billing and payments
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proven marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
