AddressAn inner south dental practice are looking for a fun, bubbly and professional Experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis over 4 days per week. No weekends or public holidays are required.
The role:
Scheduling patient appointments and managing the dentist’s day books
Taking payments as well as health fund claims
Answering phone calls and patients enquiries
Responding to and monitoring emails
Corresponding and sending referrals to specialist practices and other external stakeholders
Basic admin duties
We are looking for:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Gentle and kind telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
- Computer literacy (including but not limited to Microsoft Office and typing duties)
- Proven ability to learn quickly in a busy enviornment
- Previous experience in dental reception is desirable but not necessary
