AddressWe are seeking an enthusiastic, Experienced Dental assistant/Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. The start date is flexible and the role can be tailored based on individual experience.
Reception duties would include:
- Managing patient appointments
- Assisting with patient enquiries via phone and email
- Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Managing correspondence with specialists
- Sterilisation duties
- Infection control
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Experience with D4W is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Work co-cooperatively in a large team environment
- Be reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
- Show initiative and accept responsibility
- Show a continual desire to learn and contribute to the team
- Demonstrate a good work ethic
- Be well presented
- Possess great attention to detail

About Weston Dentistry
Established in 2013 as a single chair dental practice, we are now a large diverse team of 38 (10 dentists, 4 OHT and 24 support staff) across two practices.
We offer a wide range of procedures including general dental, root canal therapy, CEREC crowns, Invisalign, traditional braces, dental implants & surgical extractions.
We are located 2 minutes from Cooleman Court Shopping Centre with ample free all-day parking, shops, cafes and restaurants.
